A few things are happening, our house is still on the market.
Our land doesn't settle until February now.
We've submitted our first draft of plans to be amended, a few little changes to the external plans, the inclusion of a door to the rear of the garage, water point to the fridge space, 90 degree rotation of some windows at the front of the house and a gas point to the alfresco area.
We were lucky enough to see our land the other week, it's looking fabulous, nice and level, and the view is very pretty too.
